Careers and employment

The Master's Degree Program in Business Management aims to provide a solid education in the field of management.
Our goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to face the ongoing changes that characterize today’s rapidly evolving economic systems.

To achieve this, we work alongside our students to provide them with a comprehensive "toolbox" to support their role as innovators, encouraging continuous learning and the deepening of specific knowledge and skills. We aim to nurture individual vocations and prepare students for the professional roles they will take on in their respective fields.

Businesses, as well as public and private institutions, increasingly seek professionals with interdisciplinary competencies. In response to this demand, the degree program is designed to offer students advanced theoretical and methodological training that enables them to position themselves at the forefront of the economic and productive system.

For this reason, the educational path includes, in addition to a core set of foundational courses providing strong methodological grounding, a variety of subjects that draw on different academic disciplines. These enrich the development of a professional profile capable of integrating business management methodologies with the specific characteristics of various economic sectors: industry, services, public institutions, private enterprises, and non-profit organizations.

The faculty is further enriched by the contribution of professionals who hold top positions in global leading companies.

To help students engage with the professional world during their studies, the program offers the opportunity to include internships with national and international organizations in their academic curriculum.
